The manager, James, has an INCREDIBLY horrible attitude and has poor customer service skills. He was very rude to me when I was attempting to make an exchange and walked away in the middle of our conversation as if he couldn’t be bothered. It was ok reminded of a Cici’s but overall food was good. They need to do better with bathroom area. A person with a wheelchair or a larger size person could not fit into that area . No I’m not on the larger side but for the handicap it wasn’t thought about when design – Shannon Watson
Four stars only because of the awesome pizza! Very hot in the building. Not so nice staff. No greeting when we came in, nothing when we left. Nothing was said as our pizza was given to us at our table. I’ll be ordering for carry-out next time we go. – Debra Logan

Well we called 1-2 days in advance to make a reservation and when we got there to pick the SUV up they didn’t have anything for us to get. My husband called to make a complaint and then someone was bringing a vehicle back so we told her that we would take it instead. – Kimberly Hemphill
Call in advance to make a reservation. They DO NOT accept pay as you go debit cards. Has to be a bank authorized debit/credit card with the renters name on it. Their prices have drastically gone down so book you an out of town trip and go Enterprise. – Miss Michelle
I reserved a premium car 2 weeks in advance only to find when I arrived all cars had been rented. Just by luck a man turned in a truck while I was there so they gave me the truck.
When I asked if I would be discounted for not having the car I reserved they said I would recieve 15%. When I turned truck in I received 15 dollor discount on a 300 dollor rental fee. – Mike Hartness
