Some friends clued us in to this little gem, practically located in our backyard! Stopped by one night while they had a food truck out front. Great beer options. The flights come in tiny beakers. This is a great place to hang out and play a board game or two and just enjoy good local beer. – Alan Porter

Without a doubt my favorite brewery. You can tell the owners really love the place and it reflects in the quality of the beer and service. Great flavors with unique combinations, such as Horapha, which is a cream ale with thai basil, honey, and lemons. Atmosphere is nice although parking is lacking. Fresh Thyme has much of what the large chains have: bakery, deli, butcher, but they also have bulk nuts and cooking oils. Much of what they sell is organic and natural. Brands you won’t find elsewhere. The prices for meats and produce are competitive and often less than big chain stores. – Faith Finkes
