The two young men who work in this store, Nathan and Eric, are so helpful. It is a small store and doesn’t carry everything like one in Thousand Oaks. Terrible service. They left a broken trash can in front of our home. they promised to replace it within 24 to 48 hours. more than 96 hours later, on my 4th call, they told me a different story that it would take a week to replace. Horrible. Would not pick up my trash. Supervisor kept telling me they were too busy because of the Labor Day Holiday. Monopoly at it’s worst. Who owns this company? I will get a rebate on my bill for non-service. Also leaves trash bins on their side, in the street, looking very low-end and ghetto in the neighborhood. Just awful. – njsmeets
