The morning tour was amazing. Not only was our tour guide very well educated, he was also engaging and funny. You get to “sample” several brews, and they are VERY generous about this. While you sample various specialty brews, you will learn about their subtle differences. Excellent experience all around! – John Maske

I’m so glad I came to this brewery. Surprisingly, we didn’t have to pay for any tickets, which was dope. This is my first time tasting Sam Adams beer, and I’m in love. It’s my new favorite. The staff are super knowledgeable on beer manufacturing. Definitely go to the gift shop, they have amazing items to buy. – Matt

The tour was fun, brief (45mins), and just the right amount of information. The tastings are at the end of the tour and include known beers such as Boston Lager and Summer Ale, as well as specialty beers like Blueberry Whip. Then you can hangout in the tasting room with outdoor seating. – Chris H

Jersey Mike’s Subs

Address: 479 Washington St, Quincy, MA 02169

Phone: (617) 934-4777

Rating: 4.3 out of 5 stars (4.3 / 5)

Subs were excellent. Following order requests, not so. I had requested the subs be cut in half and for forks to be included….the cold sub was cut, the hot sub wasn’t. Forks were not included. I had included a 10% tip….next time I will not include a tip and see if it makes a difference. – Valerie Stromberg

Food is very fresh and they really pack a.sub. Unfortunately the subs are pretty small compared to other shops and cost more so there’s a bit of a trade off there. Also, the menu is fairly limited but what they do have tastes fantastic IF you can justify the expense. – Jim Shunamon

Tradittional Italian sub with meat cut in front of you deli style to make your sandwich. Best Italian I’ve had in a long while. Sorry, no pictures. Was hungry and I couldn’t wait to get into it. Can’t wait to go back. – Bob _B

British Beer Company

Address: 15 Columbia Rd, Pembroke, MA 02359

Phone: (781) 829-6999

Rating: 4.2 out of 5 stars (4.2 / 5)

Their French Onion Soup was amazing. Just a touch of sweetness, but bold flavor. The steak bomb over flowed with tender barbequed, juicy meat; sauteed with mushrooms and sweet vidalia onions on a sour dough roll. Paired nicely with Sam Adams Summer Ale. Superb! – Diane Buckner

I’ve had some good and bad experiences here. My most recent one was with the server Kathy. She was rude here and there and I didn’t appreciate her service throughout the whole entire dinner. She was kind and thoughtful and cooperative at first though.
Always enough parking and never had to wait to be seated. A good sized menu with fair prices. – Brett Smith

Went here for a Paint Nite and had dinner beforehand. I was pleasantly surprised by the food, which was much tastier than what I’ve come to expect from “pub” restaurants. This was particularly impressive considering that I’m a vegetarian and my sister-in-law is a Celiac! But they had plenty non-meat options to offer me and lots of gluten-free dishes for her. – Erin Ellingwood
