I came here last week very ill after going to another clinic a few days before. I was very sick and the wonderful staff took great care of me. I was impressed with Total Access Urgent Care. There were quite a few employees (more than I had seen at other urgent cares). It didn’t take long to see the dr on-site. Every time I come here the staff is so friendly and efficient! Especially the front desk lady and doctor! They get you in and out of there as quickly as they can all while getting down to the bottom of what’s going on. The place is very clean and comfortable. This was by far the best experience I’ve had being sick. The receptionist, the tech, and the doctor were the FRIENDLIEST people I’ve ever been treated by in a health care situation. My mom works here, so possibly a little biased. Otherwise the doctor is awesome and straight forward. From what my moms told me they used to work in an er so they know if something is very severe or not. Three locations and most lab stuff in house so you dont get outsourced for xrays or anything. – brandon mallinckrodt
