Dr. Wahib and his staff are awesome. Dr. Wahib has the best bed side manner of any doctor I’ve ever met. I never have to wait for an appointment they are always on time and care about my concerns. I think I laugh every time I leave that office and it is very easy to schedule follow ups. I went in with a locked jaw and after following his treatment plan am finally doing much better. I’ve been suffering from TMJ for over 15 years now. I’ve tried dozens of different bite appliances from several different dentists. I don’t have many options for a permanent fix (braces or surgery are it). I wear both a day appliance and a night appliance from Dr. Wahib. I’ve been using them for several years now and really don’t think I could go without it. I’ve broken them or lost them a few times now and know that they make a huge difference. The doctor herself is AMAZING!!! The only reason I did not score higher is bc she and her office staff and scheduling are a package deal. Multiple occasions I have been called on short notice to reschedule and the people doing the scheduling aren’t very patient. My last interaction with them resulted in the woman hanging up on me bc my calendar wasn’t loading fast enough. After some snarky remarks she shortly said your appointment is “blah blah blah, have a nice day” click. I had to call right back once the calendar came up bc I hadn’t even had a chance to write it down. We wound up going elsewhere that could fit us in that day (her office would have had us waiting over a month). I’ve even been in the office when a loud argument erupted with another patient. I was able to overhear the entire story and instead of apologizing for the office’s mistake they just acted as if the woman was a giant burden. For us, the long drive coupled with the frustration of dealing with the lackluster staff was enough to push us to move on. – Kimberly Hennessey
